Production Operative

What you'll be doing:
* Assist with the assembly and finishing of moulded parts, ensuring consistently high standards
* Support preparation of mouldings to keep production moving in line with schedules
* Help prepare and bond boats, including cutting, grinding, and flow coating bonded boats
* Work across different stages of manufacturing as directed by your line supervisor
* Support production of sub-assemblies when required
* Help train new team members and assist other personnel
* Keep your workstation clean, organised, and ready for work
* Follow health and safety procedures and company policies at all times
* Carry out additional tasks as assigned by senior management
