Production Operative

Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Production Operative to work for a company in Witney, Oxfordshire

Role: Production Operative

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 5:00 and Friday 8:30 to 12:30 (36 Hours)

Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative:

• Assemble and manufacture electronic components and products.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow assembly instructions, technical drawings and work procedures.
• Carry out visual inspections and basic quality checks.
• Identify and report any defects or production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.

About you:

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or within a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
