Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow and reach their full potential? Aspire People is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in local schools on a flexible supply basis.
What will you be doing?
* Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
* Helping pupils with their learning, confidence and development
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support where needed
* Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment
* Supporting pupils with additional needs and adapting to individual learning styles
* Assisting with classroom preparation and day-to-day activities
What we're looking for:
* A positive, patient and caring attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability, flexibility and a genuine passion for education
* Experience working with children is desirable
