• Provide useful feedback to teachers on individual pupil milestones and daily progress.

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or substantial primary classroom experience).

• Proven track record supporting primary-aged children.

• Confident classroom management skills and familiarity with positive behavior strategies.

• A proactive, caring, and dependable attitude.
