About the role
1st Line, 2nd Line, Help Desk, Service Desk, SLA's, ITIL, Problem Solving, Incident Management, Windows, Office365, Microsoft, AD, Remote Desktop, Hardware (Desktop, Mobile and Laptop), Software, Network
New role to join our client's Surrey-based Help Desk Support team.
The role is permanent and predominantly office-based (Guildford area).
Good experience of 1st and 2nd Line support is needed across desktop, mobile, and laptops using Microsoft-based tech (Office365, AD, etc.)
Good problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills are expected.
