Your New Role

Our client are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to
join their team in an IT Support role. You will provide technical
support to customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring
they receive a high standard of service throughout the process.
You will be responsible for answering customer queries,
identifying problems and helping customers find suitable
solutions. You will also explain technical information in a clear
and simple way, making sure customers feel supported regardless
of their level of technical knowledge. This is a great
opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has an
interest in technology and is keen to develop their technical
skills.

Ensuring Your Success

Ideally, you will have some previous experience in IT support,
technical support or a customer service role, although extensive
experience is not essential. You will have good communication and
customer service skills, with a friendly, patient and
professional approach when dealing with customers. You will be a
natural problem-solver with an interest in technology and the
confidence to explain information clearly to others. You will
also be keen to learn new systems, develop your technical
knowledge and work closely with colleagues to resolve issues. A
positive attitude and willingness to learn will be key to your
success in this position.
