Recruitment Manager

Are you an experienced Recruitment Manager who thrives on building and improving recruitment functions? We are seeking a forward-thinking Recruitment Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for a growing organisation based in London.

This is a true sole contributor opportunity, ideal for a commercially minded Recruitment Manager who enjoys operating both strategically and hands-on. You will be responsible for elevating the recruitment function, driving best practice, enhancing hiring processes, and partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to attract and secure top talent.

• Lead and own the entire recruitment lifecycle across the business.
• Develop and implement a best-in-class recruitment strategy.
• Elevate and modernise recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective workforce planning and hiring solutions.
• Introduce innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Utilise recruitment technology, automation, and AI tools to drive efficiency and improve hiring outcomes.
• Analyse recruitment data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality recruitment process.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar standalone recruitment role.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Passionate about improving recruitment processes and implementing new ways of working.
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of recruitment systems, automation, and AI-driven recruitment tools.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of the recruitment function.
• Data-driven approach with excellent organisational and project management skills.

• Salary of £65,000 - £85,000 depending on experience.
