A global manufacturer is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team in a fast paced, dynamic environment. If you are the type of engineer that enjoys variety and technical challenge, this is a brilliant role in a strong team.

Reactive and proactive engineering at across the whole site, ensuring minimum downtime. Working on continuous improvement projects, and to a safe manner in line with Health & Safety procedures. This a great position for an enthusiastic multi-skilled maintenance engineer.

Role Description
Electrical and Mechanical PPM's, Reactive & Breakdown maintenance
Working within a Skilled Team
Reporting into the Maintenance Manager
Maintenance on fast paced lines in a high volume environment
To contribute to kaizen projects working cross functionally
Machine installations
Lots of internal & external training and development opportunities
Adhering to Health & Safety on site at all times

Skills and Qualifications
Time-Served, Apprenticeship with Mechanical or Electrical qualifications
Strong Background within Packaging, FMCG, Food or Plastic manufacturing. With a clear understanding of PM schedules
Fault finding ability both Electrically & Mechanically
Motivated to work in a team environment
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, PLC's, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma and 5S, Continuous Improvement Methods
Proven experience and drive to work in a fast-paced environment
