About the role
Duties will include:
Deliver assembly and testing projects and provide office based support for engineering design projects, including:
- Preparation and mobilisation of equipment for testing activities
- Supporting qualification and R&D test programmes
- Practical equipment assembly activities
- Installation, commissioning and testing activities
- Identifying continuous improvements
Looking for someone with strong multidiscipline practical skills, a quality focussed mindset and confidence to own and deliver allocated scopes of work
Essential:
- HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and machinery
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and operate to technical procedures
- Experience of mechanical assembly and fitting activites
