If you’re passionate about creating meaningful experiences and want a role where your work genuinely helps families find the care they need, there’s a place for you here.
We’re now looking for an ERAdvisor to join our Central People team, providing expert ER support across our national care network.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive function where high standards, continuous improvement, and kindness go hand in hand — and where you’ll be trusted to manage complex cases while continuing to develop your professional capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters
- Advising managers on safeguarding issues in line with care sector standards
- Ensuring consistent application of People policies and employment law across the business
- Contributing to the review and development of People policies and processes
- Maintaining accurate case documentation in line with legal and organisational standards
- Working closely with People Business Partners, Safeguarding, L&D and Operational leaders
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in an ER or People Advisor role managing complex, high-volume caseloads
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisation, judgement and attention to detail
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Benefits
- A meaningful role supporting colleagues who deliver life-changing care
- A supportive, inclusive People team with a strong development culture
- Genuine opportunities for growth and progression
- Hybrid working from our Alcester Support Office
- The chance to make a real impact in a national care organisation
- A workplace where every voice is valued and everyone is welcome
