We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and friendly HR team on a temporary basis, starting ASAP.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and providing high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR team with general administration
- Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems
- Assisting with onboarding and new starter processes
- Supporting recruitment administration and interview coordination
- Handling HR queries and providing first-line HR support
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Previous HR Administration experience is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information
- Immediate start
- 4 days per week on-site
