Support the Head of European HR Operations in maintaining HRIS, the HR Tracker and reporting tools.

Profile

A successful 'Payroll Manager' should have:

• Experience managing people within a payroll or finance setting.
• Experience of managing multiple countries with varying payroll processes.
• The ability to organise workloads and set clear priorities for a team.
• Confidence overseeing day-to-day payroll activity.
• A practical approach to resolving issues that affect payroll delivery.
• Clear communication skills when coordinating work across colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills for maintaining payroll information and records.

Job Offer

• Temporary Payroll Manager contract.
• Hourly pay of £36 to £44, dependent on the level of experience.
• One day working from home.
