Temporary Financial Controller Role

- Mainly remote, occasional travel to Oxfordshire
- £65,000 - £70,000 equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll and lead the month-end process.
- Prepare the monthly Board pack and financial reporting.
- Oversee cashflow management and forecasting.
- Prepare and post journals, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Take responsibility for financial reporting and provide clear insight to senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Must have Xero experience.
- Strong month-end and financial reporting experience.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
