Graduate Contract Manager

We’re on the lookout for a Contract Manager to join and lead the delivery of top-tier security and business support services across a portfolio of sites. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing day-to-day operations across multiple client sites, ensuring performance and service levels are met Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, attending regular review meetings and reporting on KPIs Leading and supporting your teams, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and welfare Monitoring contract performance, financials, and compliance—proactively identifying areas for improvement or growth Ensuring all health & safety, risk assessments, audits, and assignment instructions are up to date and followed Working closely with internal teams (HR, Finance, Scheduling, etc.) to ensure smooth operations A little bit about this role You will be required to be in the office 1 day a week and then out on site for the rest of the week in London Loads of training and development £37.5K plus bonus Start date ASAP Candidate Requirements 1 year+ experience in any commercial role (this can be in operations, sales, client relationship, key account management) in any sector Previous management experience would be desirable Desire to be a people manager Happy to travel around London and be client facing
