Financial Planning Administrator – Leicestershire
Salary:£26,000–£30,000 (DOE)

NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Wealth Management practice who deliver bespoke advice to Private Clients, Business Owners, Trustees, and Sports Professionals across the UK.
This is a busy, fast-paced role offering the opportunity to work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, gain exposure to a broad range of financial planning activities and develop your career towards Paraplanning.
Experience of working in a similar role is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing client meeting packs and documentation
- Managing adviser diaries and client reviews
- Liaising with clients and product providers
- Processing new business
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
- Supporting new business processing and fund switches
About You:
- At least 1 year’s experience in Financial Services administration
- Excellent organisational, IT and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable in a busy environment
- Keen to learn, develop and progress towards a Paraplanning career
