Overview

We’re looking for a brilliant Account Manager to join our team. This role reports into an Account Director whilst working closely with the wider agency team and the Client Services Director. You’ll be a key member of our account management team, providing essential client support and campaign delivery across a range of clients.

We work with some of the UK’s most exciting grocery brands, including Warburton’s, Benecol, Ocean Spray, Wall’s, St Austell Brewery, Gressingham Duck, Regina, Wilkinson Sword and more. We help these brands grow by creating end-to-end digital, shopper and promotional campaigns to drive their consumers closer to purchase.

Required skills

Key aspects of the role

• Great communication skills: You are the first point of contact, representing the agency in day-to-day communications. Being great with clients in all comms with them is a key element of this role.
• Client-first approach: We are here to give our clients the best possible service, so you will be an AM who is ready to make sure that we as a team are doing everything we can to provide an excellent service.
• Project management: As a solid Account Manager you’ll have existing AM experience and be confident with all aspects of project management. Stakeholder management, timings and planning projects from start to finish will be a core part of the role.
• Strong attention to detail: As part of the overall management of projects, you will implement processes to get through your tasks with accuracy and maintain a close eye on the detail.
• Strong commercial acumen: You’ll play your part within the team to make sure that projects are delivered profitably. From budget creation through to managing projects efficiently, the AM will help deliver projects with the commercials in mind.
• New business support: There will be opportunities to help deliver new business proposals working with the wider team.
• Creativity: It’s what we do, so you will bring experience and passion in this space to the agency. From writing great briefs and having an eye on the detail during creative development, through to presenting our work to clients.

Person specification

Please make sure you fit the specification before you send your CV:

• Already operating at Account Manager level with strong agency experience.
• Bright and ambitious, with real energy and enthusiasm – alongside a strong track record in delivering projects with excellence
• Essential – Good understanding of social and digital marketing campaigns
• Desired – Experience of shopper marketing campaigns
• Desired – Familiarity with and exposure to working with key social platforms, especially Meta & YouTube – delivering campaigns across these channels.
• Essential – Legal right to work in the UK on the commencement of employment.

• Salary £28k – £32k, dependent on experience – plus annual bonus.
• 25 days holiday
• Hybrid working & flexible hours. 3 days in office, 2 days from home
• Summer Fridays (half days on Fridays throughout July & August)

• We’re a growing business, growing +25% YOY, on average
• Office Location – Bristol Harbourside
• Occasional travel to London and client sites across the UK will be required
• Annual training budget is available
