About the role
A well-established and growing residential design & build contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across South London and Surrey.
This is a confidential appointment due to ongoing growth and internal restructuring. Full company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.
The Role
- Oversee multiple residential construction projects from pre-start through to completion
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Oversee contract administration, variations, and commercial performance
- Maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with H&S, building regulations, and company procedures
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within residential construction
- Strong background in refurbishments, extensions, and/or new-build housing
- Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid preferred
