About the role
We are searching for experienced female Care Assistants to cover flexible agency shifts at care homes across Melksham, Chippenham, Corsham, Calne, and the wider Wiltshire area. You'd join care teams at residential homes in Melksham and the surrounding towns, supporting residents with daily routines and meaningful activity. We offer regular and flexible ad-hoc shifts with genuine support from our team. Responsibilities
- Helping residents with personal care needs — washing, dressing, mobility, toileting
- Supporting with meals and hydration
- Keeping care records accurate and up to date
- Working alongside the care team to maintain safe, dignified standards
- Treating residents with patience, kindness, and respect
Requirements
- Female applicants only — required for the care setting
- At least 3 months' paid UK care experience in the past 2 years (Care Assistant / HCA / Support Worker)
- Mandatory training in place (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, personable, and a clear communicator
