We're looking for a proactive and engaging Workplace Host to join our team in London. As the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless workplace environment. What You'll Be Doing Delivering a first-class reception and visitor experience.Greeting guests, managing visitor registration, issuing passes, and coordinating escorts where required.Organising meeting rooms, conferencing facilities, and workplace events.Coordinating catering and hospitality services for meetings and events.Supporting workplace services including desk booking, mail services, and workplace administration.Assisting with employee onboarding, workplace inductions, and new starter support.Managing workplace requests, resolving issues, and escalating recurring concerns.Maintaining high standards across reception, meeting spaces, and communal areas.Building positive relationships with employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors.
