This role offers a unique blend of technical and commercial exposure, working closely with product management and customers in a growing, high-tech environment.rn________________________________________rnKey Responsibilitiesrn• Support technical customer engagement, including meetings and presentationsrn• Provide RF expertise to support the sales process and internal teamsrn• Assist in managing customer requirements and translating them into technical solutionsrn• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product alignmentrn• Support product lifecycle activities and ongoing developmentrn• Act as a key link between customers and internal stakeholdersrn________________________________________rnWhat They’re Looking Forrn• Strong foundation in RF engineering (education or industry experience)rn• Minimum A-level Physics (or equivalent)rn• Ideally degree-qualified (BEng in Electronics/Electrical Engineering)rn• Strong communication and presentation skillsrn• Customer-facing or commercial experience (preferred)rn• BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain)rn________________________________________rnWhat’s On Offerrn• Competitive salary depending on experience + bonusrn• 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidaysrn• Monthly bonus (approx. 15% annually)rn• Clear progression into product management or commercial rolesrn• Healthcare benefits including optical & dental cashbackrn• Access to GP and Employee Assistance ServicesrnAdditional InformationrnrnThis is a permanent opportunity within a growing and technically advanced manufacturing environment.
