Job DescriptionIf you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns and learning how products are improved, this is an opportunity to build your experience in insurance product management at The AA.
You'll support our Product Managers with the day-to-day management and development of insurance products, bringing together product performance, customer feedback and operational data to help inform evidence-based decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Collate and present product data and performance metrics to give Product Managers clear information for evidence-based decisions.
- Analyse customer feedback, product performance and operational data to identify trends or concerns and support better customer outcomes.
- Contribute to product reviews, fair value assessments and market research to help keep products customer-focused, compliant and competitive.
- Support day-to-day product management, launches and product changes so activity across the portfolio is well coordinated.
- Suggest practical product and management information improvements that help the team work efficiently and strengthen product insight.
- Work with Compliance and Regulatory colleagues to support product tracking, governance materials and agreed product actions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations and Digital teams, preparing clear reports, presentations and recommendations that support product improvements.
What Do I Need?
- Some experience in a product, commercial, operations or insurance-related role, with an interest in developing your product knowledge.
- An analytical mindset and good attention to detail, with the ability to turn information into clear, useful insight.
- Confidence using Excel and reporting tools to organise, analyse and present data.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with colleagues across different teams.
- A customer-focused approach, with commercial awareness and an interest in how products can deliver good outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of insurance products and customer journeys.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
