KS1 Teacher – Thurnscoe£160–£200 per day | Full-time | 5 days per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed KS1 Teacher to join a large, well-established primary school in Thurnscoe, which is part of a Multi-Academy Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning and making a real difference to children’s early education.

The Role

• Full class teacher responsibility within Key Stage 1.
• Planning, preparing and delivering engaging, creative and inclusive lessons.
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to support individual learning needs.
• Creating a positive, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider school community.
• Working 5 days per week, with full responsibility for your class.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within KS1, ideally Year 1 or Year 2.
• Has strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Is passionate about supporting children’s academic, social and emotional development.
• Can deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities.
• Is reliable, proactive and committed to raising attainment.
