In this role, you will for part of a busy, collaborative (and passionate!) team, responsible for managing the delivery of IT/tech support to customers. Duties might range :-
Receiving, logging and troubleshooting customer enquiries by phone and email
Problem solving or escalating customer issues across hardware, software, equipment and security
Providing advice and information to customers including demonstrating products/functions
Providing technical support to customers remotely and on-site
Producing quotes, invoices and ordering from suppliers
Installing, configuring and supporting hardware and software technology
Maintain accurate documentation and records regarding jobs, projects and tickets
