Business Development Manager
London | Full-Time
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading professional services environment, supporting Corporate and Finance practice groups across key international markets.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive strategic business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, deliver high-quality pitches and proposals, and identify new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development plans aligned with commercial objectives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive growth and enhance client relationships.
- Lead pitches, proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
- Conduct market, sector, and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Deliver client development, cross-selling, and profile-raising initiatives.
- Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and thought leadership activity.
- Track BD activity, pipeline progress, and ROI.
About You
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role within legal or professional services.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience delivering successful BD campaigns and client growth initiatives.
- Excellent pitch, proposal, and written communication skills.
- Commercially focused, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Exposure to Corporate, Banking & Finance, Investment Funds, or FinTech sectors would be advantageous.
