About the role
We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Advisor to support the onboarding of clients within a professional services environment. The role involves coordinating between clients, internal engagement teams and KYC operations to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process, while ensuring compliance with AML, CFT, KYC and client acceptance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in AML/KYC, client risk management or compliance, a sound understanding of financial regulations and client legal structures, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. They will be proactive in resolving issues, managing onboarding documentation, monitoring progress against deadlines and KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
