We're now looking for a Training & Resourcing Manager

A typical day may involve:

• Leading all site training activities, ensuring colleagues remain compliant with mandatory, refresher, and operational training requirements.
• Managing and developing a team of Operational Trainers, driving a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Working closely with the Resourcing Team, agencies, and operational stakeholders to deliver recruitment plans and support onboarding activities.
• Developing and maintaining annual training plans, training schedules, and performance reports to meet business needs and compliance standards.
• Partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to identify future recruitment and training requirements, providing guidance and support across the site.

This role would suit people who:

• Experience working within a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing environment.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating training activities.
• Recruitment, resourcing, or workforce planning experience is desirable.
• E-commerce fulfilment experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across operational and support teams.
