The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Officer to join a busy and customer-focused team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing accurate information and ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently.
Update customer records and maintain accurate information on internal systems.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and follow up on outstanding enquiries.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and work effectively within a team.
