BAND C, POINT 1 TO 4 £25,989 TO £27,694 FTE, £18,043.97 TO £19,227.65 PRO RATA

30 HOURS PER WEEK, TERM TIME (39 WEEKS)

Thornhill Primary School are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about providing personalised support for pupils with additional needs, to ensure they achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will:

• be nurturing, calm and patient
• be self-motivated to engage in professional development
• have excellent communication skills with pupils with language difficulties
• be driven to support pupils to achieve their full potential
• remain calm, be resilient and flexible when supporting pupils who may require additional emotional or behavioural support
• promote independence
• be passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs to thrive and succeed
