A lovely, welcoming primary school in the DN12 area is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a supportive school that is keen to invest in their staff and develop the successful candidate within the role.

The successful applicant could be required to work across different year groups, so flexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of different pupils will be important.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification or HLTA qualification
• Have experience working within a primary school setting
• Be confident supporting learning across different year groups
• Be adaptable, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with pupils
• Have strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
• Be keen to become part of a welcoming and supportive school community
