An established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and successful property team in Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking to join a firm with a strong reputation, an established client base and a supportive working environment.

Working within a friendly and experienced team, you will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing a high-quality service to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

The Role:

Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.

Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.

Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts.

Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

The Candidate:

An experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.

Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.

Excellent client care and communication skills.

Commercially aware with the ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
