A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its expanding property team in Bognor Regis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer to take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property matters while playing a key role in the continued growth of a respected and forward-thinking practice.

The Role

You will handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Delivering exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process

About You

• Have previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Be confident handling files from inception to completion
• Possess excellent communication and client care skills
• Be commercially aware and able to build strong client relationships
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced non-qualified Fee Earners with a proven track record in residential property will all be considered.
