Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy property services team based in Peterborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from tenants, coordinating repair and maintenance requests, managing property compliance activities, and liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to tenant enquiries relating to property repairs and estate matters.


• Coordinate and manage reactive maintenance and repair works.


• Arrange compliance servicing, certifications, and remedial works across residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.


• Liaise with contractors, tenants, and colleagues to ensure timely access and completion of works.


• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.


• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Excellent organisational and administration abilities.


• Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.


• Able to build positive relationships with customers and contractors.


• Previous experience within customer service, property, repairs, maintenance, or administration would be advantageous

Monday to Friday - 9am-5.30pm

£13.50 an hour

Immediate start until end of December - possible extentsion for the right candidate.
