We are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives / Pickers & Packers for a busy operation based in Skelmersdale, WN8 8DY.This isn't just a few weeks' work. The contract is expected to run for 3 years, giving you the opportunity for genuine stability, regular hours and the chance to progress.
The important bits first
- £13.00 per hour 6am - 5.30 (paid 10.75 hours) or £13.65 for 1pm - 12.30am
- Full-time ongoing work
- Weekly pay every Friday
- No week in hand
- On-site parking
- 3-year contract
What will you be doing?
Working as a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer, you'll be picking a wide variety of customer orders, from small items such as screws through to paint, lighting and household products.
You'll be:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Using a handheld scanner
- Following pick routes around the warehouse
- Working accurately to hourly pick targets
- Checking products and quantities carefully
- Making sure orders are picked correctly first time
- Working as part of a busy warehouse team
4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, which will include weekends as the rota moves through the week. for example 6am - 5.30pm OR 1pm - 12.30am
