An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Security Systems Engineer to join a growing and reputable business covering Chelmsford and the surrounding Essex region. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong experience in CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Integrated Security Systems, combined with a good understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
You'll be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of a range of enterprise and commercial security systems, whilst supporting network-connected devices and troubleshooting IP-based solutions.
What we're looking for:
Experience with CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, routers, VLANs beneficial)
Strong fault-finding and customer-facing skills
Full UK driving licence
