Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Reading | Hybrid Working

Our client is a leading Thames Valley law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes, advising businesses, directors, shareholders and other commercial clients on high-quality litigation matters.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:
- Contract disputes and contractual claims
- Corporate disputes, including breach of warranty claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and unfair prejudice claims
- Restrictive covenant disputes
- Technology disputes
- Construction disputes
- Insolvency-related litigation
- Professional negligence claims
You will manage matters, advise clients on litigation strategy, explore negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate, and represent clients in court proceedings.
About You
- 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution
- Experience handling a range of complex commercial disputes
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills
- Confident managing client relationships and running matters independently
- Commercially minded with an interest in developing business and contributing to the team's growth
