No Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, deliver pre-prepared lessons and help create a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities include:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
Supervising students in secondary school classrooms
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Keeping students engaged and focused on learning
Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons
