Pertemps are recruiting experienced HGV C+E Drivers to work from a National Distribution Centre in Worksop, on behalf of a global leader in the logistics industry.
We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, with a particular focus on drivers who can commit to FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!
PAY RATES – PAYE
- Monday–Friday Days: £17.00 per hour
- Monday–Friday Nights: £18.00 per hour
- Saturday: £19.00 per hour
- Sunday: £23.00 per hour
- Working Friday, Saturday & Sunday: £23.00 per hour for all three days!
The Role
- Trunking between depot and Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs).
- Securing and strapping loads.
- Minimal handballing (curtain sides will need pulling back).
- Completing delivery paperwork and driver checks.
- Following planned routes and maintaining a safety-first approach.
- Valid HGV C+E licence.
- Minimum 6 months' experience.
- No more than 6 penalty points.
- No DD, DR or IN10 endorsements.
- OPS 35 assessment desirable but not essential.
- Immediate starts following successful assessment.
- Paid three-day assessment (2 days classroom training, driving and theory tests).
- Full-time and part-time positions.
- Guaranteed 8-hour shifts.
- Holiday pay accrued on top of your hourly rate.
- Optional pension scheme and SSP, subject to eligibility.
- PAYE only – no LTD or Umbrella.
