About the role
Overview
An opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a successful construction-related business in a newly created, permanent part-time role. Offering 16–24 hours per week, with flexibility to work full or shorter days.
The Company
A successful construction-related business with a busy project orderbook, creating this position to support its ongoing growth and future requirements.
The Role
Combining accounts and general administration, responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices using Sage
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Processing subcontractor payments
- Providing general administrative support to the business
Experience Required
- Recent experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Confident using Sage accounting software
- Good general administration skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and accurately
Remuneration
£27,000–£28,000 full-time equivalent, pro rata, depending on experience.
