We are seeking an experienced Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a busy maintenance team supporting multiple university campuses, ensuring buildings and facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully operational for students, staff, and visitors. 🔧🏫
Key Duties:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Fault find and repair building services systems
- Maintain HVAC, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Complete maintenance records using CAFM systems
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Previous facilities maintenance or building services experience
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, reliable, and team-focused approach
