We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work with competitive pay rates.
💷 Pay & Working Hours

Week 1: 06:00–14:00 – £13.55 per hour

Week 2: 14:00–22:00 – £15.58 per hour

Monday to Friday, rotating weekly shifts.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
-
Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
-
Loading and unloading deliveries.
-
Moving stock and materials around the site.
-
Supplying production lines with materials when required.

Completing daily FLT safety checks.
-
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

Supporting general warehouse and production duties when required.
✅ Requirements
-
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – essential.

Previous Counterbalance FLT experience.

Good awareness of health and safety procedures.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
