As part of their continued focus on operational excellence, they are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their highly skilled operation in Littlehampton. In this role, you will work alongside Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects and drive the site's Lean and Quality performance. You will lead root cause investigations and Continuous Improvement projects, support ISO accreditation and auditing activities, and utilise tools including 8D, APQP, FMEA, Kaizen and PDCA to deliver sustainable improvements.
