A Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and growing Property team.

The Role
You will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease grants, assignments, renewals, and variations
- Commercial refinancing and secured lending
- Development and investment transactions
- Option agreements and conditional contracts
- Property aspects of corporate and business transactions
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues on more complex matters.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
- Commercially minded with excellent client care and relationship-building skills
