About the Role
An established Wealth Management business in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Paraplanner to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to work closely with Financial Advisers, providing technical support and helping deliver high-quality financial planning solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical paraplanning support to Financial Advisers.
- Prepare suitability reports and detailed financial planning recommendations.
- Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, retirement planning and protection.
- Prepare cash flow models and financial planning illustrations.
- Analyse client circumstances and develop suitable financial planning strategies.
- Complete product and provider research to support adviser recommendations.
- Prepare client review documentation and support ongoing financial planning.
- Liaise with providers to obtain information and progress cases.
- Ensure all work meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage cases through to completion.
- Work closely with advisers and the wider support team to deliver an excellent client experience.
About You
- Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Wealth Management business.
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or working towards it.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning.
- Experience preparing suitability reports and conducting product research.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
