£35,000 - £40,000 + Company Van

Our client is a well-established building services business with a strong reputation for quality. They're looking for a confident, detail-driven Pre-Commissioning Engineer who can represent them professionally on site and build great client relationships.

Your work as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer
- Flushing and cleaning LTHW and chilled water systems
- Chlorinating domestic water systems, including tanks and pipework
- Completing test sheets and reports using company apps and software
- Working with clients on sites across Chelmsford, Essex, Kent and the surrounding areas
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years' flushing or water treatment experience in building services
- Good knowledge of BSRIA guidance and COSHH
- Full UK driving licence
