About the role
Elevation Recruitment Group have the pleasure of working with a FMCG client in the Scunthorpe area who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their close knit team.
Maintenance Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias)
Scunthorpe | £48,000- £55,000 depending on experience | 4 days, 4 nights

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer:
- Reacting to breakdowns on industry specific equipment
- Follow the PPM schedule to prevent downtime on the machinery
- Adhere to the health and safety policies at all times
- Liaise with production in relation to timescales of the breakdowns
- Forward-thinking of continuous improvement on the machinery to prevent future breakdowns
- Projects as and when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, HNC would be ideal
- Experience of being a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment previously
- Fault finding skill-set
- Experience with PLC's desired, not essential
- If you have team leading experience this would put you at the top of the salary banding
