About the role
The Opportunity
Ready to turn complex data into compelling marketing narratives that move the needle?
We are looking for a sharp, commercially minded Marketing Analyst to bridge the gap between raw data and game-changing commercial decisions. In this role, you won’t just run numbers—you will interrogate market trends, build powerful business cases, and influence strategy across the organisation.
If you are an analytical problem-solver who loves designing smart experiments, crafting clear stories from complex metrics, and championing an inclusive team culture, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Drive Commercial Growth: Architect performance metrics, conduct in-depth market analyses, and build robust business cases that solve high-stakes business challenges and unlock incremental growth.
Translate Data into Story: Turn raw analytics into crisp dashboards, impactful visualisations, and boardroom-ready presentations that give senior leaders the confidence to act.
Optimise Performance: Design rigorous experiments and evaluate marketing initiatives to recommend ways to streamline execution and maximise ROI across multiple channels.
Partner & Consult: Act as a trusted adviser to cross-functional stakeholders, aligning divergent commercial goals by uncovering root problems and testing underlying assumptions.
Shape an Inclusive Culture: Foster psychological safety within your teams, encourage diverse viewpoints in decision-making, and champion inclusive practices across projects and meetings.
What You’ll Bring
Analytical Rigour: Proven expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, and marketing measurement frameworks.
Strategic Storytelling: Exceptional ability to distill complex analytical findings into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical leadership.
Consultative Mindset: Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to challenge assumptions, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and solve ambiguous business problems.
Technical Toolkit: Practical experience building intuitive dashboards, data modeling, and working with modern analytics tools.
Values & Leadership: A collaborative, self-aware approach with a genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive, high-trust environment where diverse perspectives thrive.
Why Join Us?
You will join a forward-thinking, collaborative team where your insights directly shape commercial direction. We offer a high-trust culture, space to innovate, and clear pathways to accelerate your career in data and marketing strategy.
*This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by November 5th. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually. Thank you for taking the time to apply.
