Shift pattern: 07:30-15:30
We are recruiting for a reliable Production Operative to join a busy production team in Henfield. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the production line, with full training provided for the right candidate.
What you’ll be doing
- Operating production machinery and equipment as trained
- Assembling, packing, labelling, and preparing products
- Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting any faults or issues
- Feeding materials into machinery and monitoring the production process
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
- Following health and safety procedures and company instructions
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
What we’re looking for
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Happy to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Previous production, warehouse, factory, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential
- Full training and ongoing support
- A friendly and supportive team environment
