About the role
Our client - a long-established Systems and Software House based in Bedford - seeks an Account Manager/Project Manager who has some resilience to engage with customers and bridge the gap between sales and deployment.
DUTIES:
- Client relationship management – builds trust, understands client needs and maintains strong relationships.
- Communication – communicates clearly and confidently with clients, teams and stakeholders.
