Would you like to work in a collaborative way with your clients and colleagues?
We have an exciting opportunity in our forward-thinking Family Support Team. You could be developing a group, supporting carers, working therapeutically to support adult patients and their families who are living with a life limiting illness or grieving, working with safeguarding issues.
You will need to be flexible and able to work under pressure, have the ability to undertake holistic assessments and to prioritise your case load. Based at the Hospice your role may see you working with clients on an individual, family or group basis, both at the Hospice and in the community.
You will be an integral part of the Hospice’s clinical multi-disciplinary team and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working with counsellors, a welfare advisor and a Spiritual Lead, as well as nursing and medical colleagues. You will also work alongside colleagues and volunteers in the wider hospice.
