• Work closely with Engineering to resolve recurring breakdowns.
• Drive practical Lean improvements on the shop floor.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leaders
• Set clear expectations and performance standards and challenge underperformance
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership
• Support training and cross-skilling initiatives
• Demonstrate ability to stabilise and control in high pressure environment.
• Confident communicator who challenges constructively and sets clear expectations.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure full adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO standards.
• Maintain safe systems of work
• Act immediately on safety risks
• Champion safe behaviour culture
• Conduct routine EHS reviews and EHS audits on the shop floor
